Thought this might make interesting but painful reading. Of course it is distorted by the fact that we have typically bowled at teams only once and batted twice under pressure this season
1st I Batting & 2nd I Batting (qualification 100 runs)
Moore 251 @ 19.31 & 446 @ 31.17 (+11.86)
Mitchell 686 @ 45.73 & 243 @ 18.69
(-27.04)
Solanki 473 @ 36.38 & 432 @ 36.00 (-0.38)
Smith 296 @ 22.77 & 263 @ 23.91 (+1.14)
Mooen 319 @ 21.27 & 440 @ 40.00 (+18.73)
Davies 493 @ 41.08 & 331 @ 33.10
(-7.98)
Noffke 218 @ 43.6 & 40 @ 10.00
(-33.6)
Batty 139 @ 15.44 & 36 @ 5.14 (-10.3)
Andrew 163 @ 27.17 & 92 @ 23.00 (-4.17)
Whelan 79 @ 11.29 & 103 @ 14.17 (+2.88)
Mason 98 @ 9.80 & 109 @ 15.57 (+5.77)
Moore has consistently failed in the first innings (trying to attack?) and, even if you take away the double hundred, Mitchell the second (trying to consolidate?) - following team orders? I'm not aware of any technical flaws. Moeen has been a lot better second time around but difficult to say whether thats because the pressure is off or on. The less said about Smudge the better. Solanki and Davies have been the most consistent. Since his double hundred at Headingley in April Vik has plenty of 20's and 30's but hasn't looked like getting to 50 in the first innings - this mirrored in the T20 and D/N P40 where he has been and gone by 6 o clock. The only notable innings since then from him or Smudge the 136 run partnership when following-on to save the game vs Somerset at home. The tail have dug us out of a hole / delayed the inevitable on a few occasions.

Shantry 6 @ 31.00 / 55 / 3.38 & 1 @ 94.00 / 198 / 2.85 (+63.00)
Imran 14 @ 46.07 / 57 / 4.89 & 1 @ 210.00 / 246 / 5.12 (+163.93)
Under the circumstances Mason has had a very good season (7-39 vs Lancs and 7-60 vs Sussex and chipping in with 2's and 3's on a regular basis), he alone has applied pressure in both innings with patches of form and occasional good spells from Jones, Whelan, Andrew & Imran - easier said than done against confident and well set batsmen. All of them going at 4/5 an over. What would be the pecking order of these + Richardson if all fit? Shantry still has the advantage with his action of being the economical mystery bowler. The part time bowlers have decent averages thanks to one or two inspired spells but have been used sparingly.
