Ever? Bad light stopped play after 1 ball if our innings...the locals sounded annoyed to say the least!

This is certainly the first time this season we have taken maximum bowling points and denied the opposition any batting points. I would even go so far as to say this might be the first time we have done this in 3 stints in division 1. Durham must be pig sick

There in half a day's play you can see an escape route for the Pears in Div 1. Kabby knocking over the top order with the rest picking up the scraps. Means a lot of overs for Kabby though!

No, not yet. Gutted I can't be at New Road to watch Australia!
Only a one run lead? Excellent stuff. |

More good reading http://www.cricinfo.com/countycricket2009/content/current/story/411794.html"Kabir, whose bowling would have done the national side credit, finished with six good wickets for 68 runs, while Mason gave him superb support with three wickets. Were Simon Jones fit and firing, Worcestershire would indeed be a team to fear in conditions like these. If they can play a fit team and find more self-belief, they should yet prove worthy of the top division this season. "

That's a great report. Nice to see someone offering some encouragement for a change, and not just saying we're bottom of the table for a reason, etc.

Big opportunity for Tulip today, no need to rush, just a steady accumulation will do. Not impressed with his contribution so far this season. Everyone talks highly of the guy so at some point he must deliver. What kind of target should we aim for ? 250 ?

116-6 apart from Alexei (66) very poor show so far. Possible dodgy track? Always a chance of sneaking a win!!
