| What exactly is the point of returning to training now? No wonder there was dressing room unrest last season. Everyone was probably sick of the sight of each other. |

| With the players now on 12 months contracts, working in doors during the winter on fitness and all the skills needed to be a county player can only be a plus for a young squad. |

| I suppose with 12 month contracts ( set up by the ECB solely to stop players jetting off to " unofficial " tournaments ), clubs have to do something with the players to justify the pay. As Serchers pointed out, we spent last season with our pace bowlers taking it in turns to be injured, plus hours of bleep tests hardly helped the way we played either ! |

| My worst possible fears regarding Twitter has been proven. Some of the banalaties (sp?) and words of wisdom on WCCC twitter include: The grass at New Road won’t stop growing! The square has just been cut for the first time already. Warm enough to play this week.
Ground maintenance is go go go but if it rains tomorrow will the new paint on the speed bump wash off?
Amy has gone for Liverpool 1 – 1 Man United. West Ham 0 – 2 Arsenal Melinda predicts Liverpool 0 - 1 Man United. West Ham 1 - 1 Arsenal! The office is predicting the scores in the Live Football shown in the Graeme Hick Pavilion on Sunday
The surrounding trees are lovely autumn shades.

Pointless rubbish imho, and to think that you have register and log on each day to receive such insightful information ! Please let me know when we've signed Brett Lee or whoever - I can be contacted by email |

| Serchers, you boring whatnot! Twitter and Facebook are the communications means of the future- bet your kids are on them. I wonder if the Club Shop are planning a range of Serchers dartboards after this array of Twitter-based insults. To go with the Gareth Batty ones! |

| I know we head it on the Forum first, but the latest twitter says "Fixture list to be published on Thursday at 11am. Plenty of Sunday cricket at New Road in 2010." Not all banal then..... |

| Emperor's new clothes, Searchers, don't worry about them. I'll PM a carrier pigeon in your direction, telling you which hilltop I'll be lighting a beacon on. I get the feeling that Twitter is technology for the sake of it. I don't need Facebook as 1) I don't have much of a social life, and 2) What's it got to with anyone else anyway? _________________ Worcestershire, ready for a bright future?

| It's great updating the Facebook status on a Sunday morning telling everyone on your friends list how many pints you drunk last night. It's the future and all that _________________ I am an architect, they call me a butcher I am a pioneer, they call me primitive
