In Martain Swain's column in tonight's Express & Star, he thanks the Wolves fan who called to report this wonderful exchange from the queue for Steve Bull's book signing session at Molineux.

A man arrives not carrying a copy of the new "Billy & Bully" tome.

Now that it is the close season, we have the time to mention august and excellent bodies such as this Trust.

Operating within the Anglican Diocese of Worcester and the County of Worcestershire- the boundaries do have subtle differences, especially in the north of Dudley borough and the south of Bredon Hill- it raises money to provide grant aid to churches falling on harder times than usual.

Unless we are to build on the Warriors car parks, we must be considering the two fields lightly covered in green north of there. I presume it is them because every ground needs a focal point now. The pavement where Market Street meets Kyre Brook has been rebuilt; a new restaurant/bar/butchers/grocers/fishmongers has opened, where you can buy the food they cook with; other new shops now fill nearly all the gaps; and the Regal rooms are back to their best.

Last week saw them at the Windsor Castle brewpub in Lye, sampling what James called the best mild ever and the excellent food. It's just by the railway station in Lye- with half hourly evening services to Stourbridge; and hourly ones to Kiddy and Worcester. Careful planning could lead to a good night out there.

This week had them in south ...

The market leader in jute shopping bags is based in Broadway- and even better, gives work to 5,000 people in India harvesting the juteplants- allowing them to survive without charity.

Taken from the film The Song Remains The Same, the soundtrack was recorded live in concert at Madison Square Garden, New York...but the outdoor scenes and the farm life come from just off the Kidderminster-Droitwich road some 35 years ago......
